Technical data: HBDF-OD
The sensor can be used on evaporators placed outside. The sensor can only assist and guide the controller in the temperature range from 0 to +5°C because it is affected by rain, snow, and water on the evaporator. The sensor is only sold for OEM customers and customers with sufficient resources to get it operational without onsite support. We recommend testing the sensor before purchasing large quantities.
The sensor is protected against humidity by a built-in heater and potted electronic unit. The sensor has a temperature sensor for controlling the ice/water balance.
