Technical data: HBSO-SSR-1/ALL
HBSO-SSR-1/ALL is a high-end low temperature level switch used for detecting common lubricating oil in refrigeration systems. The switch is specially developed as a universal product for all applications. The switch can be adjusted to the application with a connection to the HB tool. It is typically installed in/on the compressor and the oil separator, but it is also suited for installation in other locations in the oil system It is calibrated so that it is unaffected by oil spray and only allows a small amount of foam.
The electronic sensor head is the same as the one used for high temperatures. The mechanical part has got a special open design made for draining the stiff and sticky oil at low temperatures on the low-pressure side of a cooling plant.
Product features
- With solid state relay output NO/NC contact function. The NO/NC term refers to the state of the contact in "dry" condition. when not influenced by the oil.
- Split design which allows for easy installation and diagnostics. The electronic part can be easily disconnected by the treaded union.
- Max pressure up to 150 bar.
- 24 V AC/DC.
- LED indication.
- Available for -30...+80° C oil temperature.
